ADR was founded to make high-quality resolution more accessible, responsive, and easier to schedule. Today the firm serves a significant volume of civil matters through a diverse panel of mediators and arbitrators with experience across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions.
Each case presents different legal, factual, financial and human considerations. We help counsel identify the neutral, then support the proceeding, from scheduling through completion. Session are available virtually and in-person.
