Ms. Brigman brings to the table extensive experience in settling disputes at every stage of the legal process, from pre-suit through trial and appeal. She began her career litigating general liability and construction defect matters, later concentrating her practice on first-party property claims. Over the past decade, Ms. Brigman has represented business owners and insurance carriers, served as Chief Litigation Counsel for a major Florida property insurer, and more recently, has successfully advocated and resolved numerous cases on behalf of policy holders.
